How to get rid of a tvs, monitors & electronics

Anything with a circuit board—flat-screen TVs, monitors, computers, laptops, tablets and phones—is electronic waste (e-waste) and shouldn't go in the blue recycling cart. Depending on the type of TV and your address, you can drop it off free at an HHW/e-waste facility, use retailer take-back, or set certain large sets at the curb.
